I highly recommend R&K Plumbing! They came out within 20 minutes of me calling them. I couldn't use my kitchen sink due to a poorly installed drain line and also had a screaming toilet.These guys came to the rescue and fixed it all up in no time at all even though they had a busy schedule already. Had a water leak at my home and tried fixing it myself. That didn’t work.. so I called R&K plumbing and they showed up ready to fix my issue! Diagnosed my issues and gave me options on how to move forward. I chose option A and they did not hesitate to go above and beyond! Got my water running and at a good price! Right before this “historical ice storm” we had a total house clog. We called 3 other places and no one would even come look until Monday. We called R&K plumbing, they answered immediately (no AI or messenger service). They were at our house within 30 minutes and had the issues resolved 30 minutes later! Had our water heater fail. Called a few local and nationwide companies and had quotes ranging from $2800-$5400. I am by no means a plumber but thought those rates were a bit high. Found Ricky at R&K Plumbing on Facebook. From the beginning the process was very easy. He and Austin are 2 young men that provide exceptional service and a great price. Could not be happier. I highly recommend R&K Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Ricky is very professional and informative. You won't regret hiring R&K for he makes sure they are working thoroughly! He is confident but not over confident and down to earth. You can tell he knows what he's talking about and not just talking big game. They didn't mind answering all my questions... even the dumb ones. Their communication is excellent! And to top all of that... they cleaned up the job and work area properly.
